Pictures being worth thousands of words, I liked the use of a video (rather than merely an instruction sheet) to illustrate the upgrade process. And also liked the irreverant humor! Would have been even nicer to actually SEE the monitor a tad more clearly – next time!

When I run the “Peek Handset Updater Utility,” It extracts and installs drivers and software, then deletes it all, then says complete without ever recognizing my Peek unit (I am using a cable provided by Peek.) When I viewed the first posted video it looks as though the software that the Peek Updater installs automatically launches. That hasn’t happened for me on two different PC’s running XP. What am I doing wrong?
